These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mēkamstore, a collaborative workspace and file management platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you authenticate via Google, you must secure your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Workspace Ownership: The creator of a canvas or workspace is considered the "Owner." The Owner is fully responsible for permission management, including who receives "view" or "edit" access via share links or direct email invites.
2. Acceptable Use
Mēkamstore provides tools for collaboration, diagramming, and file storage. You agree not to use the platform to:
- Upload, share, or store content that is illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Attempt to bypass our storage constraints, reverse engineer the platform, or access other users' private data without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage standards.
3. User Content & Licensing
You Own Your Data: You retain full ownership of all text, data, and files you upload to your canvases.
License to Host: By uploading content, you grant Mēkamstore a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, and display that content strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you and your authorized share recipients.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Limits
Plan Limits: Usage of Mēkamstore is governed by your subscription tier (Free, Basic, Standard, or Pro). These tiers impose strict system limits on maximum file upload sizes, total storage allocation, and the maximum number of writable (edit-access) shares you can generate.
Payments: All subscriptions are processed securely by our merchant of record, DodoPayments. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (typically 30 days) unless canceled.
Cancellations & Downgrades: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, your account will drop to the Free tier. If your storage exceeds the Free tier limits upon downgrade, you will be unable to upload new files until you free up space.
5. Service Continuity and "As Is" Provision
Updates: The platform receives ongoing operational updates to maintain reliability, security, and feature support. We may alter or deprecate features with reasonable notice.
No Warranty: Mēkamstore is provided "As Is." While we utilize robust infrastructure (such as Cloudflare R2 for storage) and employ soft-deletion recovery workflows, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or absolute immunity from data loss. We strongly recommend keeping personal backups of mission-critical files.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be queued for permanent removal subject to our 30-day Trash retention policy.
